- For many scholarships, you need to fill out a FAFSA or alternate FAFSA as that is used to check financial need.
- A great time to apply for scholarships is in January. Many of the best scholarships have deadlines in January and February for the following school year.
Utah Transfer Merit Scholarships
Automatically considered for scholarship if you apply to the U of U for Fall semester by February 1st. Need to meet criteria exactly.
